What if we could briefly detach from our bodies and observe our past or future actions? In this workshop, inspired by the creation “SCREENS -A Portrait of a Busy Mind” showcasing at Sommerwerft 2023, we will explore the concept of observing our body’s actions, visualizing their qualities and rhythms, and the ability to create, store and recall movements, reflecting on the multitasking nature of our mind.
