IT WILL BE COLORFUL AROUND THE SHIPYARD AGAIN
Artists from all over Frankfurt will again paint the canvases around the Sommerwerft and the artists Bo and Gündem will again offer free graffiti courses for the visitors of the Sommerwerft at this year’s Sommerwerft.

- Participation: 14 -99 years (children under 14 years are not allowed to participate in the workshop)
- Material will be provided, please wear clothes that can get dirty.

For several years, various artists from the field of art in public space, together with the NaxosAtelier, are involved in the Sommerwerft and design for them the barrier fences of the site on the Main, around the Sommerwerft. It all started with canvas fabric on the construction fences, a few years ago already and every year it wound a little moreArtworks. The team of the Sommerwerft arranged the canvases -the NaxosAtelier informed the artists*.
In the last years an independent project and offer grew at the Sommerwerft. Also this year, the offer for artists should be enabled again and also this year, the visitors of the shipyard should become artists themselves. The project is supported by the team of the summer shipyard, the artists Bo and Gündem with the workshops for the visitors and the artists of the many canvases distributed throughout the site.
