Gefiederfarbenfrohe Paradiesvögel zwitschern klangvoll durch den Wald. Das Ramatou-Orchestra (Papageienorchester) ist ein Jazz-Oktett mit frischem, experimentellem und ganz eigenem Klang. Von semi-akustischem Jazz mit folkloristischen, afrikanischen Anleihen, über Neo-Soul und Fusion bis zu Rock, Electro und Ambient-Elementen versammelt die achtköpfige Vogelschule alle greifbaren Einflüsse in ausdrucksstarken Melodien und stimmungsvollen Klangflächen voller spielfreudiger Improvisation und ausgeklügeltem Arrangement mit Augenzwinkern.
