Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2019 geben sich Cool Aid reichlich Mühe, in keine musikalische Schublade zu passen. Indiepop, R&B, Disco-Funk oder doch eher Synthpop? Von allem ein bisschen – aber doch unvergleichlich. Ihre Soundästhetik nennen sie dabei „Newtro“ – eine innovative Fusion, die sowohl moderne als auch Vintage-Elemente vereint. Mit Singles wie „You Fall in Love Too Easily“ und „Guitar for Robots“ konnte Cool Aid bereits international Erfolge erzielen.. Mit ihrem Debütalbum „Fragments“ läutet die Band Cool Aid eine neue Ära ihres Schaffens ein.
