Are we on the same wavelength? How much distance or closeness do we need? How do we find caring, mindful and empowering ways of dancing? How do we negotiate needs for boundaries, spacing, affection, or space? Using improvisation-based contemporary dance methods, we will explore questions like these together. All interested people are welcome!

Reclaiming Dance is an inclusive, integrative and participatory contemporary dance project that aims to make dance accessible to all (bodies).
