Unblock body and mind in this transformative yoga session. With a meditative introduction, you will connect with your body while developing an awareness of your breath through a short breathing exercise (pranayama), and then connect the two through a yoga practice. With some holding, but equally fluid elements of motion, you will restore your energies and harmonize body mind and spirit.
