Capoeira ist mehr als Kampf oder Tanz – sie ist körperliches Gespräch, Spiel aus Bewegung, Rhythmus und Präsenz. In diesem Workshop lernst du die Grundbewegungen der Capoeira Angola kennen, erfährst mehr über ihre Lieder, Instrumente und die Mandinga – die besondere List und Ausdruckskraft.

Im Anschluss öffnen wir den Kreis zur offenen Roda de Capoeira, wo alle das Erlernte spielerisch ausprobieren können.

Mitbringen: Bequeme, lange Hose, T-Shirt und Sportschuhe

Capoeira is more than just fighting or dancing – it is a physical dialogue, a game of movement, rhythm and presence. In this workshop you will learn the basic movements of Capoeira Angola, find out more about its songs, instruments and the Mandinga – the special cunning and expressiveness.

Afterwards, we will open the circle for an open Roda de Capoeira, where everyone can try out what they have learnt in a playful way.
