DAS PERSONAL

Die Musikerinnen Lil von Essen (voice/drama), Katrin Zurborg (git) und Uta Wagner (drums) haben sich als “Personal” von Waggong e.V. in der Kulturwerkstatt Germaniastraße kennen und schätzen gelernt. Nun haben sie sich zusammen getan, um zu Unrecht vergessene, aber auch allseits bekannte, und bevorzugt eigenwillige Kompositionen der letzten 100 Jahre mit eigenen Arrangements und in neuen Zusammenhängen in einem neuen Licht zu präsentieren. 

The well-known musicians Lil von Essen (voice/drama), Katrin Zurborg (git) and Uta Wagner (drums) got to know and appreciate each other as ‘staff’ of Waggong e.V. in the Kulturwerkstatt Germaniastraße. Now they have joined forces to present unjustly forgotten, but also well-known and preferably unconventional compositions from the last 100 years in a new light with their own arrangements and in new contexts. Look forward to a good hour of absurd, funny and very varied music.
