This playful outdoor workshop is for people of all ages, levels, and backgrounds who want to connect more with their inner and outer world. Participants will be guided through simple movement exercises and meditations that focus on deep listening and connecting with space and each other. The workshop is related to the dance performance “Listening in Wild Places.”
