– indie band from Frankfurt.

Sun’s sons -that’s the up-and-coming band from Frankfurt that has attracted attention in the last two years both online and at their (steadilygrowing despite Covid obstacles) live shows with a balancing act between danceable indie pop and intimate ballads. The songs of the five young musicians are exuberant and thoughtful, political and personal, self-reflective and full of “pathos” (FAZ), often all at the same time. Again and again they vacillate between hope and hopelessness and thus speak from the soul of a generation of young people who have the ground pulled out from under their feet every day and who have learned to hold on to each other.
